PlaySport
II Panel System
The two layer plywood
subfloor provides dimensional stability and consistent resiliency for
uniform ball bounce.
The TPR pad should be specified for increased
shock-absorption and greater resiliency. The two-stage pad makes
conduct at two impact levels, cushioning both light loads and loads of
more concentrated force.
In the PlaySport II
Panel System, the two-stage pad is stapled directly to the bottom
layer of 1/2" plywood with 32 pads per sheet. The top layer of
1/2" plywood is then laid on a 45 degree angle from the bottom
layer. On top of the subfloor is tongue and groove strip maple,
available in various widths.
