Inline hockey
surfacing was first and foremost in the minds of the design
engineers when SpiderTile was conceived.
SpiderCourt Inc. realized that there was a tremendous amount of
improvement needed in this area of sports flooring. Traditional
plastic tile flooring had many inherent problems, such as
cupping or warping at the corners. It would fit too loosely and
create significant gaps at the joints resulting in slow puck
glide, and consequently a slower game in general. |

These gaps would cause a "speed
bump" effect that would be obvious when skated upon creating an
increase in noise levels.
SpiderTile is the most revolutionary new
inline hockey surface in existence. It is the first plastic injection
molded tile that is completely free of any surface deformities such as
dimples, or injection gate residue. SpiderTile is the only product that
has been able to provide a totally smooth surface to date.
Our tile is also the tightest fitting
tile in the business featuring virtually no gap at any of the joints at
all. What does this mean to the player?
It means that SpiderTile is 73% faster in
puck glide without sacrificing wheel grip to achieve this. It also means
